Production of Branded Marketing and Event Materials
The Rancho Cordova Area Chamber is currently seeking proposals from qualified local vendors to produce a range of branded marketing and event collateral as we continue to expand our programs, visibility, and community engagement.
As a Chamber, we are intentional about investing in our local business community. Our goal is to work with multiple qualified vendors where appropriate, building long-term partnerships while ensuring high-quality, consistent brand representation.
We invite your proposal for the following items:
Scope of Requested Materials
- Name Tags (3.5” x 2.5”)
- 10’ x 10’ Tent Covers (branded canopy)
- A-Frame Signs
- Feather Signs
- Inflatable Archway (event-branded)
- Business Cards
- Branded Presentation Folders
- Additional branded collateral as needed
Proposal Requirements
Please include the following in your submission:
- Company overview and primary contact information
- Relevant experience producing similar materials
- Product specifications and material options
- Production timelines
- Pricing structure (itemized by product)
- Bulk order pricing and/or nonprofit pricing (if applicable)
- Installation and delivery details where relevant (tent, archway, signage)
- Warranty information (if applicable)
- Examples of comparable work
Additional Considerations
- Vendors should be able to ensure brand consistency and color accuracy.
- We may request samples prior to final selection.
- We are open to staggered production timelines depending on item type and event needs.
- Preference may be given to Rancho Cordova Area Chamber members in good standing.

All proposals must be received no later than End of Day, February 28, 2026.
