Important Updates for 2025 

To enhance your experience, we’re implementing the following changes starting in 2025: 

1. Prepayment Required: Lunch fees ($25) must be paid at the time of registration. This streamlines the check-in process and minimizes food waste from no-shows.
2. Registration Deadline: Registration will close the Thursday before the event at 11:00 AM.
3. Day-of Registration: Walk-ins are welcome, but the fee will increase to $35 per person at the door based on availability.
