Description

Curious about AI but unsure which tools to use or where to begin?

Explore the differences among major AI platforms, discover AI features already included in common business software, and practice using AI for a real marketing task. You’ll also learn how to connect prompts in a sequence so each step builds toward a more useful result.

During this hands-on class, you will:

• Compare AI tools and understand when to use them.
• Explore AI features in software your business may already own.
• Learn practical guidelines for protecting business information.
• Practice prompt chaining through a live marketing example.
• Set up an AI account and try a starter prompt.

Your takeaway: A one-page AI tool map, an AI Outsourcing Guide, and a first prompt you can build on.
