The Rancho Cordova Workforce & Business Connection Summit is an evening of networking, workforce discussions, and collaborative conversations designed to connect businesses, professionals, community leaders, and workforce partners throughout the region. 

Hosted by MCDE Elite Services in collaboration with community and business partners, this event will explore workforce readiness, hiring and retention challenges, professional development, employer expectations, and opportunities for stronger business-community collaboration. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with business leaders, workforce professionals, and community organizations focused on strengthening workforce growth and supporting long-term economic vitality in Rancho Cordova.
